Wayne Lochner - Chairman
Wayne has far reaching experience in Executive Management, Change Management and Sales Management across Finance, Brokerage, Internet, Telecoms, Gambling and Property - as an Entrepreneur, Chairman and NED. This experience has been through small, medium and large companies in the UK and Overseas in most major financial centres - Stock market listed and unlisted, IPO and MBO, Acquisition and Disposal.
He will be assisting Jennifer with the business development and sales activities.
Jennifer Allsop - Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer is a trained Media lawyer. For the past 15 years Jennifer has been instrumental in creating and developing value for shareholders. She graduated from both the University of Westminster & the London College of Law. Having spent much of her childhood in Singapore & being raised in the Far East, she is well connected and very knowledgeable about those markets.
She has a range of experience focusing on commercial and business development, with previous roles at Northern and Shell, PolyGram Records, Channel 6 (Oxford Channel), YooMedia, DITG.
More recently she has headed up a number of International Mobile & Gaming companies, such as Command Technology Group PLC & MC3 Global Ltd who created innovative & pioneering technology solution to address the need for SMS Mobile Gaming "a rapidly developing sector" & for the past three years her most recent position has been that of Chairman for the AIM listed Mineral & Financial Investments Ltd.
Jayne Leggett - Account Management (Consultant & Advisor)
Jayne is a highly motivated gaming and media industry specialist with extensive experience in Marketing, Market Research and Gambling Industry relationships. Her specialties include: building successful commercial partnerships between Gambling and Media sectors; improving profitability for clients; sales and business development; new product development and integration.
Over the past 20 years she has worked closely with most if not all the industry’s major gaming operators. The feedback and knowledge she has gained through these many relationships has proved invaluable to us in setting up SMS and the product knowledge she has to offer our clients.
Rick Payne - Corporate Finance Director at Bennett Brooks – Accountants
Bennett Brooks cover all of the bases for us. Accountancy, Audit and Taxation, as well as Corporate Finance. They have the skills and expertise to do the basics as well as advise and propose ideas that might make us just that little bit different.
Rosalind Wade – Advisor & Introducer (Asia)
Rosalind is Managing Director & Co Founder of Asia Gaming Brief, an intelligence service providing up to date market information for worldwide executives on the Asian gaming industry. A British citizen, she has been living and working in Asia for over twelve years. Rosalind has a strong management background, having held senior management positions in international companies based in Europe, Asia and the USA. Her most recent position was as General Manager of international events company, Beacon Events Ltd where she oversaw a portfolio of events across several different industries, including gaming. Rosalind has been responsible for over 20 gaming industry events in the region over the last seven years. Most recently Ros was the Chairperson at the iGaming Asia Congress and G2E Asia iGaming Summit. Rosalind has a BA Joint Hons in French and Spanish from Exeter University, as well as a BSc in Complementary Medicine: She will provide Bet Fast with guidance & introductions to her extensive global network of industry connections.
